Personal Journey

“Eighteen years ago I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and told that I needed to get a new job, and that the doctors were unable to help me. So I began thinking of what I could do for the rest of my working career. Years earlier I had quit smoking very easily in one session by using hypnosis. After 6 months of thinking about it & sleeping on it, I awakened one morning with the idea that I wanted to share this ability with others, who could then overcome obstacles by using the power of the mind as I had done to quit smoking years earlier, so easily.”

My passion has always been to help and empower people, which is why I began my nursing career. This passion eventually led me to hypnosis and the Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). I have seen the results first-hand and know how it can be used to effectively help people overcome a variety of issues. In particular, I have been able to reduce my own pain due to fibromyalgia, lose 85 pounds, and increase my energy level… which has paved the way to a gratifying career in Medical Hypnosis and EFT. After losing the weight and making the other changes with hypnosis, I felt so much better, that I didn’t have to change jobs. I have kept both for the last 13 years.

Philosophy of Healing

I enjoy helping people learn to help themselves by teaching them how to access the power of their own mind through hypnosis and the energy therapy, EFT. I have discovered that by combining Hypnosis with EFT, the results were dramatically increased. My clients also have tools that they can take home and practice at their own convenience, promoting noticeable and immediate results. I especially love the immediate smiles & verbal responses clients share with me upon coming out of hypnosis. Many times I have heard, “I have never been this relaxed before!” or “I don’t want to get up” and one client went so far as to say, “This is better than a day at the spa!” I love helping people feel good & reach their goals.
